1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND REIMBURSEMENT

2. STANDARD RETURN POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order, to return a product for any reason, within the framework of your legal rights. To return a product purchased on our site, please communicate your desire for return or cancellation within 14 days of the date on which you physically took possession of the product. To exercise these rights, you just need to clearly tell us that you want to return a product or cancel an order. You can inform us by sending us the standard form available at the end of this document or by sending us an e-mail at email@example.com.
Once you have informed us of your intention to return the product, simply return the product to us with the original invoice, in its original packaging and with the accessories included. When we have collected the product, we will refund within 14 days according to the original payment method.
If the product is damaged, we can charge the decrease in value of the product to the amount of your refund.
3. PRICES / CORRECTIONS
Pixii reserves the right to modify product prices at any time and to correct any price errors that may arise inadvertently. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been accepted by Pixii. In the event of a price error, we will inform you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order free of charge.
4. ORDERS, ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER
To place an order, you can browse the website https://store.pixii.fr. You can also contact us by email. We will endeavor to assist you in the choice of your device. Whichever way you choose to order, you will have the option to verify your order before submitting it. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number.
Once we have processed your order and have it ready for shipment, we will send you an email indicating that we have accepted your order, which will include details of the shipment. The decision to accept your order is at our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that your product is available, we will not accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipment. In most cases, this validation is carried out within 24 hours for products in stock. For products that are not in stock, you will receive the order acceptance email when the product is available and has been prepared for dispatch, which in no case will occur after the deadline. shipping notified to you when you paid for your order.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We systematically ship our devices by international express transport. Shipping costs may apply depending on the destinations. Depending on applicable regulations, our devices may not be available for sale in some countries.
Please note that the actual delivery of your order may be affected by many events which are not under the control of Pixii once it has left our premises. However, we will notify you of any significant delays and contact you to ensure uneventful delivery.
The risk of loss or damage to the products ordered will be transferred to you when you have taken physical possession of the products. The ownership of the products will be transferred to you at the time of removal of the products by the transporter from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive a shipping notice by email. If you have a problem with the delivery, please contact Pixii for help.
Pixii provides a two-year limited manufacturer's warranty. The general conditions applicable to the warranty can be viewed online at https://pixii.fr/warranty/ and are included in the device box.

8. AVAILABILITY AND RESTRICTIONS
We strive to manufacture as many devices as possible, but constraints may affect their availability. Pixii may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Pixii reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you have placed an order, provided that Pixii has not yet accepted it.
If you pay by credit card when you submit your order, we may block an amount up to the total amount of your order on your account. If we do not receive authorization from your credit card issuer, we will notify you so that you can choose another payment method. Your bank card will be debited when we have accepted your order.
We reserve the right to verify the identity of the card holder. To ensure that your payment card is not used without your consent, we will compare the name, address and other personal information provided during the order with the information in the possession of the issuer and the integrator of the map. By simply accepting these general conditions, you consent to these verifications.
