We strive to design an interesting camera and also one you can invest into. We are here to help keep your camera running with the latest technologies and in perfect working condition.

Hardware Upgrades

Pixii offers the ability to upgrade your camera to the latest technologies. Owners of models A571 (or later) can upgrade their camera up to our latest current model.

You can choose to upgrade your camera for one or several increments at a time. Select the elements to upgrade directly on our online store:

Repairs

Most maintenance operations are performed under our 2-year international warranty. However, in case of an accidental damage just contact us at support@pixii.fr and we will try to help find a solution to get your camera back to working condition.

We can help adjust the optical rangefinder of your camera. We can repair your camera if it was damaged. We can control sensor, processor or power issues.

Preparing your camera for shipping

Whenever possible, please send your camera in its protective box or at least within in its foam tray.

Remove the battery from the camera to avoid processing issue with Li-Ion batteries. Please also remove any Li-Ion battery sticker from the carton if reusing the one used for delivering your camera.

Important information for shipping your camera

Shipping from outside of the EU requires customs inspection and an invoice stating the value of the goods. Unless the transporter offers an invoice template, you will have to create your own invoice. We provide an RMA document with an example “customs invoice” to help you with that. The 2 most important parts are : specifying our VAT and EORI number and stating a fair goods value even if you camera is already many years old (we recommend a minimum of 900 euros).

To facilitate customs processing and provide a fast turnaround, we strongly recommend to ship with UPS, DHL or FedEx.

WARNING: the local post office company has proved to be unable to properly process our packages through customs. Please avoid sending your camera via the regular Post office to prevent risks of loss or of very long delays.
